With over two decades of experience in residential construction management, Paul oversees every home construction project from concept to completion. He ensures the best talent is utilized in both the development and construction of your home. Paul is a lifetime director on the Board of the Pennsylvania Builders Association, a licensed Code Inspector, and a member of the International Code Council and the Pennsylvania Association of Building Code Officials. He also serves on the Board of the Wayne-Pike Building Industry Association.

With four decades of experience in single-family residential construction, I bring a refined understanding of both design and construction to every project.

I collaborate with clients to create homes that are beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed around their lifestyle and budget. My expertise includes architectural planning, interior and exterior design, and space planning, with a focus on creating a cohesive vision from concept through completion.

John Dunham

Design Consultant

John studied economics, art, and philosophy at respective institutions, graduating from Grove City College in 2023. During his studies, he worked in the construction trade. After attaining his degree, John taught history and literature at a classic charter school in Texas and then moved to Pennsylvania as a school administrator. Developing a strong interest in residential construction from previous experience and his own home remodel, he crossed over into custom home building. John’s responsibility is to lead clients through the design and administration processes of each project. He works closely with our Senior Designer and the rest of Timbercrest’s team of professionals.
