We cannot thank Timbercrest Builders enough for building our beautiful dream home. We had purchased a sloping lakefront property, and initially contracted with a different architect who just did not seem to understand our vision. We met with Paul, Annie and Courtney, shared our ideas with them, and once we walked the property with Paul, we knew we found the right team to bring our vision to life. Paul’s logistical expertise was invaluable–he thoroughly explained all our options for every infrastructure decision we needed to make, and most certainly saved us from making some costly errors along the way. We are completely confident in the structural soundness of the build itself. Annie, our project designer, miraculously maintained her sense of humor in the face of our indecisiveness, as she patiently guided us through the maze of decisions we needed to make. Austin, Courtney and Lisa provided invaluable support throughout the process, and all the subcontractors Timbercrest selected for our project were extremely dedicated and professional. Special shout-out to Bryan, our floor and tile contractor and Nick the installer for expertly installing our beautiful hickory floors, Steve was heroic with some the electrical fixtures he installed for us, Fred and John were incredible masons–the quarry stone fireplace they created is simply stunning–and Brian the painter was so thoughtful of us and diligent in his work. All in all, the team at Timbercrest Builders were incredible to work with throughout this process–we are so thrilled with the home they created for us, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you again for everything! Hillary Michelson and Bob Snyder

After purchasing a piece of property in an area of PA that we loved, we had the daunting task of finding the style of home we wanted to build and the builder who would make our dream come to fruition. We visited and interviewed quite a few builders before choosing Timbercrest. There was no comparison; the 3 words that come to mind regarding them is “Simply the Best”.

We visited Timbercrest built homes and met with satisfied homeowners who sang their praises. We found that there is a style for every taste and budget. Since these are customized homes, any personalized structural design changes to the original blueprint are reviewed and planned out by a team of professionals. To us, integrity, trust and attention to our needs were very important and Paul Szostak, the owner, did not disappoint! He has extensive knowledge about the latest building materials and techniques and is up to date on local building codes. We had a challenging lot to build on but Paul and his team were able to problem solve and deliver a home that we love!

To help guide us through the entire project, our design coordinator, Courtney, was invaluable. She has a talent for navigating you through the difficult process of choosing every aspect of your home to achieve your vision of the completed project. She is kind, patient, upbeat and very knowledgeable about home products, trends and concepts. Courtney even met us at a few manufacture’s showrooms to help us select materials for our kitchen, baths and floors. If we had any concerns, she was just a text away! Lisa, the office manager, and Austin, the site manager, are also great and available to answer questions in a timely manner.

Additionally, the tradespeople that work for Timbercrest are top notch! The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail were wonderful. Since we visited the home site frequently, we found that everyone was friendly, respectful and willing to provide us with answers to any questions during the building process. Finally, if there is a concern about your new home’s final “punch list” after closing, Paul and his team were there to address it. Having lived in our new home for one month now, we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Timbercrest Builders in Greentown PA – you won’t be disappointed!

When we decided to renovate our beloved family home, we interviewed several builders and visited with neighbors for ideas and advice. By the time we met with the folks from Timbercrest Builders, we started to doubt a renovation would work. When, in our initial meeting at the house, Paul told us—with breathtaking speed and stunning clarity— why new construction would be a better option for us, we had to reconsider everything we planned, but eventually agreed. It was a long road through demolition and building the house, but there was not a step of the way that we were not 100% pleased with our choice, and confident in the abilities of all who worked on the project. The endless decisions to be made, both large and small, were made infinitely easier with the expertise of the team led by Paul and Annie. Later, when Courtney joined the firm, we were able to rely on her for the nuts and bolts of the wrap-up. Together, they truly helped us build our dream house, and it is spectacular.

We are thrilled to entertain guests in this beautiful space, and just as often, happy to enjoy it ourselves. The craftsmanship is obvious in even the smallest details. The hardwood floors are luxuriously smooth and richly stained; and the exposed beams and woodwork throughout the house are so elegant that, though we haven’t yet hung a single picture, you might not even notice. We are especially grateful for the careful consideration of all the vendors Timbercrest chose: the kitchen and bathrooms custom-designed by Stofanak, the floors from BTM Flooring (with a special thank you to Brian and Nick), and Fred’s amazing stonework. We set up a camera on-site to peek in on things from NJ, so we witnessed the care and craft that went into the stone selection for every pillar and surface. Being out of state for the build was an extra stress, but we were confident that Paul and Annie would have our best interests in mind if we could not be there for a decision. There are so many opportunities for stress and regret in an undertaking as large as building a house, but we are happy to say that the stress was minimal and the regrets were few if any, despite the roadblocks we experienced with supply-chain issues and other by-products of a world-wide pandemic. We cannot recommend Timbercrest Builders and all of their suppliers enough.

Love at first site !! The moment I saw a Timbercrest home I was in love. Standing in front of the house was only the beginning of a wonderful relationship. It was a t that moment I knew Timbercrest was my builder. Building a new home is a daunting and time consuming process. Paul and his team of experts are waiting to help at every turn. Paul’s experience and knowledge can stand toe to toe with any builder. There isn’t a builder in the country that couldn’t learn a few things from Paul. His foresight was impeccable and at times spooky. It was as if he had a crystal ball and could see the future at the same time knowing what I would like. I was fortunate to have two designers. Annie was retiring and was transitioning with Courtney. Annie with over 35 years experience was handing over the reins to a new designer. I was honored to be the last home for one and the first home for another. The design process was seamless. It is a true art to keep the home owner on track and not become overwhelmed by all the choices. Courtney has a bright future and was shown the path by carved out over years of dedication by Annie. Timbercrest is a team of professionals with old school morals and staunch work ethics. In addition every trade that performed work on the house was equally as dedicated. (and I met with every one of them LOL) Qualities that are extremely difficult to find in this fast paced world.
All of this does not happen by accident. It happens thru commitment, hard work and pure love of what you do. Should you decide to hire Timbercrest I have only one piece of advice. Watch out for the arrow 🙂 The moment you lay eyes on a Timbercrest home and meet the team you will be in love.
